Become an EXPLORER SCHOOL

I am looking for schools to become involved with a new project and become an “EXPLORER SCHOOL‘

Explorer schools will actively promote nature and exploring the environment through activities/ talks / exploration and field work. They can become involved with projects on a national and local level and contribute to a network of young Naturalists from schools across the country.

This will raise awareness , interest and enthusiasm with the natural world and the environment and links to skills across the curriculum and for life.

Explorer schools will have a dedicated space in the EXPLORATIONS magazine and will receive bespoke newsletters and activities.

I am looking for schools across all phases, Infant, Junior, Secondary as well as special schools to be involved in this exciting PILOT project .

This page is especially for schools and groups. Groups includes all ages, from brownies and cubs , sixth forms, clubs and societies. I have recently given talks to the inner wheel and sixth formers as well as younger groups.
